The Green Bay Packers intend to sign free-agent tight end Jimmy Graham when free agency officially kicks off Wednesday, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Graham caught 10 touchdowns last season with the Seattle Seahawks. He spent the last three seasons in Seattle.
Prior to being traded to the Seahawks, Graham had an incredible four-year run with the New Orleans Saints, beginning in 2011 when he caught 99 passes for 1,310 yards and 11 touchdowns.
On the same day, Schefter reports the Packers have released wide receiver Jordy Nelson.

Nelson was a second-round pick in 2008. He spent 10 seasons with the Packers.
