The report says Guion was pulled over around 4 a.m. and failed a breathalyzer test.
Guion, 30, was suspended by the NFL for four games in March for a performance-enhancing drug violation. He was also arrested in Florida in 2015 after being pulled over for a traffic violation; he was in possession of a firearm and had 357 grams of marijuana in his car.
