The Green Bay Packers selected Wisconsin linebacker Vince Biegel with pick No. 108 – the first pick of the fourth round – in last month’s NFL Draft. At rookie orientation, Biegel pulled out of practice early with a finger injury. Last week, according to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky and Adam Schefter, Biegel underwent foot surgery on the same foot that caused him to miss two games last year with the Badgers.
