Brewers enjoy nice, long (hot) weekend

On Sunday, the Brewers stayed hot and beat the Mets 9-8.

And finally on Memorial Day, the Brewers opened up a three-game homestead against the St. Louis Cardinals with an 8-3 win.

So in the final week of May, the Brewers are now 35-20 — the best record in the National League — with a 4.5-game cushion in the NL Central.
