Dom Capers: Last Game with the Packers?

The Green Bay Packers’ 2017 season will end Sunday in Detroit. This will be the first year the Packers will miss the playoffs since Dom Capers has been the team’s defensive coordinator.

So, will this be the end of his tenure in Green Bay?

“If you get caught up in all that, then you have no chance. Because you’re talking about something you have no control over,” Capers said. “What we do have control over — and I talk with the players about this — our job is to get ready to play each week and go out and perform at a high level. I think if you talk with any of the players, one thing I’ve always believed in (has been) always focusing on the things you have control over, and if you don’t do that in this business, then I think you’re in trouble.”

“Air it Out” (9-11 AM) with Marques, Bill & Rookie.

Plus, Brady Poppinga joins the show at 9:45. He played under Capers, and surely has an opinion on the direction of the Packers’ defense.

Also, Matt Hamilton will represent the United States in curling at the Olympics — along with his sister Becca — they were high-school classmates with Marques at McFarland High School. Matt joins the show at 10:20 this morning!
