Packers tight end Martellus Bennett hinted at retirement this weekend on his Instrgram story.
“After conversations with my family, I’m pretty sure these next eight games will be the conclusion of my NFL career To everyone that has poured themselves and time into my life and career. These next games are for you. Thank you.”
Bennett signed a three-year, $21 million deal this offseason after one year with the New England Patriots. (Check this out from ESPN.com about the financial aspect of Bennett’s potential retirement)
