Before the draft on “Air it Out,” Marques made it clear what he thought of former Stanford running back Christian McCaffrey, who was drafted by the Carolina Panthers.

Let’s just say Bill wasn’t a big fan of Christian … but another McCaffrey is turning heads in Green Bay this summer. Max McCaffrey, a wide receiver, joined the Packers practice squad at the end of last season, and No. 13 has been making plays seemingly every practice at training camp. Even fourth-year receiver Davante Adams has taken notice.

“Obviously, he’s making a bunch of plays, and he’s been doing really well,” Adams said. “But his willingness to learn is the biggest thing. He’s texted me asking me to send him clips from last year, you know, releases, things like that. He’s just a student of the game.”
