Today is the beginning of minicamp for the Green Bay Packers. We already know that veterans with at least five years of NFL experience are excused — just like last year.
We also know that their top pick — cornerback Kevin King — is now allowed to join the team after missing OTAs because of Washington’s academic schedule and an outdated NFL rule.
